Christine Sandler has spent more than twenty years in institutional markets, leading through the shift from traditional to digital. At NYSE Euronext, she served as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Sales, running the global transaction and data business, growing revenue in excess of $1 billion, and sitting on the firm's global management committee. She subsequently served as Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank, heading Equity Electronic Sales for the Americas.

In 2018, Christine moved into digital assets, joining Coinbase as Director of Institutional Sales across markets and custody. She went on to build the Sales, Marketing, and Research teams at Fidelity Digital Assets, and most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Hashnote, a digital asset manager focused on real-world assets.

Christine co-founded the Women's Leadership Action Network and has chaired the Women in Finance Committee for the Security Traders Association. She is Board Chair of the New York Center for Autism Charter Schools, the only public charter school in New York State dedicated to children with autism.

Beatrice O’Carroll has worked in cryptocurrency since 2015, building and leading commercial teams at some of the firms that shaped the modern crypto market. At Circle, she led growth across the markets businesses, scaling the trading desk, expanding internationally, and broadening access for corporate counterparties. Before crypto, Bea held global leadership roles in Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, and Citibank.

She currently chairs Confirmo Limited, the Irish entity of a stablecoin payments platform dual-licensed by the Central Bank of Ireland under MiCA and the Payment Services Regulations, one of the first European platforms to hold both authorizations. In that capacity she holds CBI Fitness & Probity approval (PCF-2B, PCF-3), a personal designation required for senior roles at regulated financial services firms in Ireland, and one held by a small number of practitioners in the crypto advisory space. Bea is also embedded in the Solana Superteam Ireland builder community, advising early-stage founders on go-to-market and market entry.

Bea actively supports Hour Children, a nonprofit serving formerly and currently incarcerated women and their children, and Defy Ventures, which works to cut the recidivism rate through entrepreneurship.
